Was contacted for a pharmacy tech job. The woman that I spoke to told me “ your a good candidate “ I’ve done follow ups with her and she never acknowledged . Suggestion : be transparent with applicants. If the position is filled it didn’t hurt to let me know. Instead of ignoring follow up emails and calls
