“After two frustrating visits to the T-Mobile location the phone was purchased and two calls to customer service concerning exchanging this recently purchased phone; I was finally directed to this corporate location in Barkhamsted, CT. I was greeted professionally at this location by Eddie and he worked with me to finally be able to exchange the phone. One week after our initial meeting, he and manager Roland patiently and pleasantly allowed no glitch to stop them; successfully exchanging the phone! Highly recommended THIS T-Mobile location and, please, ask for Roland or Eddie!!!”
