Went there twice and the hairdressers were both late for my appointment. And not just like 5-10 minutes, I’m talking like 25-30 minutes late. They don’t tell you when you check in, like my personnal time doesn’t count or something. Not very professional. They work ok, the staff is friendly but nothing exceptional. Will be back for last minute cut or last resort.

My hair came out amazing and I will not go anywhere else. I had Julianna and she is awesome. I came for a full highlight and cut. She listens to what you want and checks in with you throughout the entire process. That is very important to me! Thank you so much! Straight hair pic is when I came home from the salon and curly pic is when I styled myself a few days after.

Kasey and Morgan were AWESOME today. It was so beautiful and professional inside and easy to make an appointment. Morgan was so sweet and funny and made me feel so comfortable the whole time. We had real conversations which I never really experience all this at other places. Kasey helped finish and shape up my cut since I did cut my hair before coming in so they had a MESS to deal with. She worked her magic for sure!I usually travel hours and hours out oftown to find hair dressers and they always disappoint me ? Yesterday I bring my 13 year old daughter to cut her hair She looks so beautiful and I feel so happy see her laugh because she loved I forget to take pictures but I go in to post pictures later on but Michael the stylist he is wonderful he make us feel like family and the receptionist a nice lady I love this place I can recommend to family and friends this place is very professional, clean and beautiful I give to them a 101%. I have been seeing Brittany for 2 years now. Always have had an amazing experience with her. Color and highlights have always been on point and never have I ever been disappointed with the cut. Brittany has always gone above and beyond and has always offered me her services at my home when I was recovering from back surgery. I would highly recommend this salon and Brittany. DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON!! By far the WORST place I have ever gotten my hair and makeup done at for a wedding. My hair keeps curls all day whether have hairspray or not. The stylist did my hair and all the curls fell out within 2-3 hours with hairspray!! Another girl did my makeup and by far the worst makeup I have ever gotten for a wedding. Upset is an understatement of the feeling I had leaving the salon. When paying, they upcharged the entire party by 20% without ever letting us know prior. I could have save myself $250 and done my hair and makeup myself and it would have been 100X better. I would NEVER in my life go here again!!Services: Bridal services

Best salon in Torrington!! Great atmosphere. Emily is my hairdresser. Not only is she a kind, understanding sweetheart, she’s extremely talented. I love the way my hair looks when I leave. I have found my new hairstylist- Brook- she is very good. I have had a couple of services done by her and was always pleased. Today I got a haircut and she outdid herself, my hair was shot- for the first in a very long time I came home smiling instead of crying after going to the hair dresser for a haircut.
