I run a local restaurant and we were on dire need of having our cushion covers cleaned - they were completely stained with oil and other foods..
We are closed Monday and Tuesday and really needed the covers cleaned by Wednesday morning for when we open. This has always been a challenge when dealing with dry cleaners since it usually takes a while..
Not only were they able to get my covers cleaned and ready in time but they got all the oil & grease stains out!! I was super impressed.
I’m so happy with my service and the family is so nice to deal with.

The owner was very kind, but when it comes to having any alterations go elsewhere. I brought 2 skirts to be hemmed and he was not sure what the cost would be. Said not much. The person was on vacation. Well to my SHOCK! $90.00 . Rayon/cotton fabric he looked shocked himself and said she does not work for him, just has a set up in back does her own business.Well I went to other seamstress and showed them, they were shocked. My fault for not getting in writing the fee. I have told everyone not to go there, but cleaning is O.K. This is still a shock to me. Following week took a dress elsewhere was $24.00. Will never go back.

Clothes are returned smelling of dirty chemical, and more often than not, ruined. Specifically, stains are either set from a lack of effort, where they are simply pressed in, or, when reminded, made worse, through crude removal attempts, which include using the wrong chemical to create new stains and / or over-scrubbing the garment to remove its dye. After expressing the issues consistently, finally with the owner, it was clear that their stain process, dirty chemical smell and all, is not changing. So I’ve moved on.

I want to know who keeps this place in business. I wanted a dress dry cleaned , he told me no. Just like that . A simple gown? You can't dry clean or press lol. It was def giving prejudice , I'll leave it at that. I went up the street to another dry cleaners Santoros and they had not one issue accepting the dress, they even said I could come get it next day. We hate giving bad ratings. But this operation unfortunately requires it for the benefit for anyone thinking about using them. Briefly, here's our issue: We took a $450 leather jacket in for cleaning. It wasn't ready when promised, and when we belatedly went to claim it they insisted it had been lost. They vowed to check but we doubted their sincerity. And when we told them the valuer of the jacket, they said they could only offer $90. Get the picture? And to finish off, they have yet to provide us any money, and this is three months later. We're uncertain about our next step, but whatever steps we decide on, we strongly urge you to be careful before leaving your clothing with them. Again, we get no joy from such criticism, but in this instance we believe it is necessary.
