So I traveled from PA to Lime Rock Park for a Saturday track day, and my alternator on my E46 M3 decided to stop working during my first session. I called every auto parts store within 20 miles and no luck. When I called ECK Motorsports the owner informed me he was going to get to work to locate one and call me back shortly. Within 15 minutes he called back and informed me he located one an hour away and was sending his employee to pick it up. After he had the alternator the owner personally delivered the part to the track and even helped me install it. I was able to get back on the track and drive home that night. Above and beyond customer service. Thanks again Jim, my savior!

A++++++ rating. Jim and the boys are meticulous when it comes to my babies (E46, Z3 and E93 M3). I met Jim a little over 6 months ago and he’s been my mechanic ever since. He services all three of our BMW’s and treats them like his own. He is an honest hard working man who takes pride in his work and doesn't try to up-sell you on anything. I was referred to this shop from a friend and was not disappointed. I brought my 1988 volvo 240 in...I met with the owner jim and hes such a cool easygoing guy. He didnt just take the car throw some parts at it and charge me a crazy price, he let me drop it off for him to observe the issues, called me back the next day and walked me through everything he had found and described which things were urgent and which things that would need addressing sooner than later .. He will work with you budget wise and is good about keeping in contact with you about progress through text or phone call...10/10 would recommendService: General repairs & maintenance

Wouldn’t bring my car anywhere else. Jim & michael are the most reasonable & down to earth people i know. brought my audi in for a noise in the front end & come to find out it was my motor mounts!! i never would’ve known. thanks again eck motorsport

I dropped my car off here an issue of it making a clunking noise, michael and jim let me come on the test drive with them! They made me feel so comfortable, after diagnosing the problem I left it there to be fixed, they gave me a ride back home and everything! They are the best people to bring a car to! I will be telling all my friends and family about them!! I can’t say enough great things, all of Torrington should go here!
