Offered personal sizing consultation and found out may actual foot size. Metered parking in the front (city afterall) fast service. Classic: walk ?♂️ in, get sized, test fit shoe, buy shoe, and walk out. Just a few minutes.

Got boots from here 3-4 weeks ago. I figured out I had two different sized feet so the man there helped put an insert into one shoe. also he only made me pay for one of the inserts which I greatly appreciated. They work great as I'm on my feet in a warehouse 7 hours a day. Id highly recommend going here if you want a good fit for shoes and boots he knows what he's doing.

I work full time as an electrician, never had too much luck with boots, always losing the waterproofing quickly, wearing thru them every 6-8 months, i also have some back issues, i had gone in with a pair of carolinas at the time and explained to the gentleman that owns the store that i needed a lighter boot because the carolinas were too heavy, what he explained to me is that my problem was the height of my heel, not the weight, had i gone to some big box store i never would have known that, and i'd be dealing with the same problem now, this man is phenomenal, hes very diligent to make sure what im wearing is good for me, i very much appreciate it, and will be shopping here for a very long time

First of all, for a business man to be in business this day and age you would think an owner would take any business he can whether you purchased merchandise with them or not. I was there today 2/14 with a pair of boots that he sells that my husband got from his employer to get a patch put on the toes so they don't wear out. The gentleman said he has a policy no purchase no service pretty much were his words. Really!!! We have gone to him in the past when he was located in Thomaston and purchased many items. He wouldn't take our business today, Sir good luck you will need it, I will never recommend this business to anyone and will be sure to pass the word!!!I gave it one star but it doesn't even deserve that

If you want quality boots look no further he will fit you into the best pair for your feet and comes with a warranty for 12 months 6 months is a free replacement anything past that is still covered just not fully by shoe manufacturer.

I went with my husband to this store on the recommendation of my husband's doctor. The man knew what he was talking about, and went above and beyond to have him fit properly. If you are having foot issues this is the place to go.
