Poor customer service, they say it's a state law they have to card but don't card everyone that come in. You could be 20 years old but look over 30 and they won't card you because its their discretion. Then when you call them out they tell you they won't serve you. I'll be glad to take my money to another company. Ps hire people that don't look like they own a van and molest children

Please don’t support this business. They are the rudest people I have ever met. Went in to buy some bourbon and they only allowed me to purchase two bottles, and they were very rude about it. The guy working there who has obviously never had any customer service training was very disrespectful. I have never been in a business that sells products, but doesn’t want you to buy them. There are a lot of great liquor stores in Torrington. Don’t get treated like dirt.

Girish "G" Patel and ALL his associates are amazing to deal with. They go above and beyond with information, ordering, and just general customer service. But what I appreciate most about them is how they build and value customer loyalty. Loyalty is a two way street and they knock it out of the park!!
