We had a maintenance related issue with our Highlander and in the end, the service team came through to resolve the issue with their customer in mind. I know we have all been there, purchasing a car and being told by the dealership that we are "family" blah blah blah, but I witnessed this with Torrington Toyota and I was impressed with their attention to detail, follow up, and overall care in the matter to resolve our vehicle related issue.
