“I want to give credit to the Service Team and to David, Corey, Glenn and the rest of the crew. We had a maintenance related issue with our Highlander and in the end, the service team came through to resolve the issue with their customer in mind. I know we have all been there, purchasing a car and being told by the dealership that we are "family" blah blah blah, but I witnessed this with Torrington Toyota and I was impressed with their attention to detail, follow up, and overall care in the matter to resolve our vehicle related issue. Went here first thing this morning and was helped by Bill Lawlor & another worker - I unfortunately didn’t catch his name. After a very stressful night and loss of sleep over an issue with my driver side door, I left them about to cry GOOD TEARS. It is rare these days to find a business with such genuine compassion and I can’t even begin to say how thankful I am.
