I had a fraud issue that was quite complicated... Locking old acct, opening new account, dealing with outstanding online bill pays, and more. I was helped by a representative name Janvi. Write that name down and request her if you go in. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, confident, thorough, professional, friendly, etc. She answered all my questions. She handled all my concerns. She was never stumped throughout the process. I will always deal with her in the future. Thank you very much, Janvi!!

The woman I spoke to at the counter was extremely rude. Told me I had to sit there she count tens of thousands of dollars in cash on my own that she couldn’t help me. This branch of Bank of America discriminates against people with disabilities! Idk if that’s BofA’s new corporate policy. But is it extremely tasteful thing that happened to us . The bank representative Elizabeth a.k.a. Lizz was extremely rude dismissive and was pointing blame to my girlfriend. And made us feel like we were beneath her and everyone else. Then she proceeded to lie and slander me behind my back. She was also discriminating against me based off of my ethnicity. If you ask me fire her and close that branch you would be doing the world good

Absolutely dire customer service. Real advice given by Bank of America...watch our video on money management if you have any questions and everything is self service we can't help you in the bank but feel free to call our 1800 number and serve yourself. Ummm ok...thanks so much for the customer service. Will be changing banks ASAP. There is a reason why they are closing branches everywhere.

So slow at the Torrington Branch They should have more tellers I always wait at least 15-20 minutes for a simple deposit! I gave up on the drive through since they barely acknowledge you are there!
