It had been nearly a year between getting the roof installed and following up with insurance (my bad) but she was able to get the new rate applied retroactively which resulted in a nice refund. Mercedes stuck with the issue and followed through with multiple emails - ultimately getting the matter resolved. (Note: before getting connected to Mercedes, my attempts contacting the agency more generically were far less satisfying requiring multiple queries just to get a response.
