I regret ignoring my intuition, if the shop looks like $h!t from the outside its for a reason folks!This shop could honestly give a crap about its quality, frankly, I'm surprised they are still in business. My experience as follows. (Bare with me, it's a lengthy review)Reason for going:Installed header and new used oem cat-back, needed flange welded to muffler so i can finish proper install.Experience:Less then friendly customer service which ive come to find is pretty common with shops.After wasting my time explaining to this imbecile owner how the prior owner installed incorrectly and telling him what i wanted/goal. He responds rather short and says he needs to look at it first. I make an appointment and drop the car off and he says he'll call me after looking at it.I get no such call, ever. I finally call and he says come pick it up. I go to shop, met by a lady at the front (Rude asf), guy is no where to be found. I go outside and look at the work. I noticed my side skirt popped off the clicks, i look at the job...wWould you believe this moron cut my new pipe and welded the damn muffler on....the exact thing i said not to do. Im fuming at this point because if i wanted the damn oem pipe compromised I would of saved the $200 and cut and sleeved the damn thing myself!There's more...I get in the car and notice that my door card is scuffed and my steering wheel is greasy. Mind you i know my car is not in immaculate condition but have some respect. I start the car and it sounds like crap! I can hear an exhaust leak, I put my hand around the weld and feel the exhaust leak.Conclusion:Dont ever take your car to this guy unless you are a fan of being ripped off! Sh*t quality, matching customer service. After going through all the hell to find the parts and install them myself to have this guy do this to me, I hate the guy.*tried uploading photos but keeps failing.

Dropped off the paperwork Friday morning. That being said the company has a one day roll over. So they told me to come back first thing monday morning. I showed up first thing Monday morning as instructed and they told me that it’s not ready. That I have to come back in a couple hours. I work third shift. I can’t mess around with my sleep like that. This is unacceptable. If you say something is gonna be done by a time, then it should be. I will never use this company again. For registering a vehicle or for any repairs.

I've been doing business. With this company since I have lived at the condos across the road from there auto shop since October 7th. Of 2004. They have worked On several vehicles of mine. and I've never had any Complaints about their service.

sold me a car knowing it was unreliable. I left my old car in dans lot after purchasing a vehicle from him until I was able to locate the title and have him compensate me for it by knocking money off what I was paying for the car I bought from him. dans tenant renting out his back shop stole my car out of the parking lot, crashed it and it is now nowhere to be found. Dan willingly gave away the keys to that vehicle to his tenant. the car I purchased from Dan had a check engine light on a week after i got it, so I brought it back TWICE and both times all he did was reset the sensor. there was a ticking from the engine and I was told that it was just how the engine was suppose to sound. since the car was a piece of shit, much like the guy who sold it to me, we agreed on just settling on a final payment of $100 for the title and that would be it. after we came to that agreement, 3 more payments were taken out of my account. I was told I had to pay those 3 payments back even though settled on NO MORE PAYMENTS BEING PULLED FROM MY ACCOUNT PRIOR TO THEM COMING OUT. I had to call my bank and stop payments being pulled from abate auto sales. I then went to get title for this car so I can trade it in for yet another vehicle and he refused to take my cash app card as payment because I had to block this business from taking payments out that I did not authorize. Dan forced me to pay him in cash obviously due to his lack of understanding of technology. He then went on to tell me he never stated that this car was reliable. I was a single mother at the time and needed a car specifically to drive my daughter to daycare and get to and from work. even though I stressed the importance of reliability to him, he still, knowingly, sold me a car that was bound to break down within miles. Not a single car in this lot is running correctly, this was the most unprofessional and plain fucking stupid experience I've ever had in my life. I didnt even report the vehicle stolen, and even though it was his fault it was stolen he did not compensate me in any way for it. since this last interaction has been a bunch of bullshit I am now reporting the vehicle stolen and I will be compensated justly for at least one vehicle. karma is a bitch dan, rot in hell you scum bag

Drove across town as it still shows up in searching for emissions testing, but sadly they no longer perform it. Wish Google would fix this

My Mom purchased a Subaru Impreza from this place and took it back three times in the first month complaining about grinding from rear brakes all three times she was told the brakes are good. I inspected them after the third visit to them and this is what I find. Metal on metal pads and below spec worn out rotors. With stripped caliper bolts and mounting bolts. I don't even know if a safety inspection was really done on the vehicle. This repair facility would have seen it when she purchased it a month ago.Buy vehicles from here at own risk.
