We have used Tri-city storage many times over the past 5 years. The place is impeccably clean. The temperature and humidity are excellent, even in the summer! Prices are reasonable and the rental manager is a delight to work with!

The storage units are super affordable and they're climate controlled. They have so many units and they're inside a locked building, so the public cannot get to your unit. I definitely like that. The woman who's in the office is pretty freaking awesome too! I highly recommend this storage facility.

I've been with them for the last 11 months. Not only an incredibly clean and well-kept facility, the staff are excellent. Kim was always willing to answer my questions and give me guidance whenever I needed it. They have in-house carts and dollars to move your items and it's climate controlled to keep them safe. Definitely recommend, excellent option for a fair price point!

Good size units at a decent price. Plus they are located indoors with heating and cooling to protect your items from mold. They are lacking with the cleanliness though. because there are many cob webs, debris and insulation falling from the ceiling inside my unit and around the facility.

New! Got miss information here. They are NOT going up on the price. Very pleased to get the right information. Kim is back, thank goodness. Sorry for the miss information. Still the best in prices. Clean, very clean storage building. They have some spaces available. Ask for Kim. This is why they get 5 stars from me and a few other people that I know having spaces there.
