Didn't even get a chance to experience their work in person because their customer service over the phone was so rude. I wanted to see if I could schedule an appointment for same day or later in the week but the person who answered the phone was in such a rush to hurry me off, he didn't even let me finish my statement. He just said "no, no time" and hung up. I definitely will not be utilizing this business anytime soon.

Don’t get a pedicure here unless you’ve got ATLEAST 2 and a half hours to spare. The pedicures are advertised as being 1 hour but absolutely are NOT. Got there at 12:45, left at 2:45 because I refused the rest of the service after my toenails were fully painted (splotchy but topcoat was applied) and was late for an appointment after them so the $85 pedicure has now ended up costing me more.

Had a few really good experiences here when I moved out this way but lately not so much. I like a certain tech so I call ahead to make my appointments to make sure they can take me. The last 3 times I’ve tried calling for an appointment the phone just rings and rings with no answer and no appointment. I called today, early, and was excited to have finally been able to set up an appointment with the tech I like. I showed up 15 minutes early, nobody said a single word to me, and then the tech I was booked with took another customer in my time slot while I continued to sit there for 30 minutes and was eventually taken care of by someone else. Reading some of the other reviews looks like other people are having the same issue lately. Hopefully all is okay with the staff/salon but a little disappointing for the customers

We had a terrible experience at Royal Nail today. My sister asked for a pedicure for her birthday present and after reading the reviews, I made an appointment at Royal Nail. We arrived promptly for our 10:30 appointment where we found all stations occupied. The man who greeted us confirmed, yes, 2 pedicures for 10:30, please choose your color. We did that and then sat on the couch. We waited for 20 minutes during which no one spoke to us, acknowledged that we were waiting or made any attempt to provide us with the service I had carefully reserved. Unfortunately, we simply left and now my sister did not get her birthday present. Very strange experience and not at all friendly or welcoming. I would strongly recommend giving this place a miss. Super disappointed!!

I was happy with their service and professionalism till someone mess with My quality time to get a pedicure and a gel manicure. Being there last week left a bitter taste in my mouth. I walk in and no one said anything, I waited….(before I came I booked an appointment.) My appointment was for 12 no one came to get me till 20 after, to sit me down on the pedicure chair for a longer period than I would have liked, without water or anything. (The guy wasn’t doing nothing at all, he just sat me there till one of the lady’s finished her client) made me wonder if my race has to do with that! Then when it was time for my gel manicure she puts the aluminum on my nails and went to have lunch leaving me there for a long period of time. (Knowing that I just have had hip surgery) I decided to tell her to just put clear over it….i was hurting. I did realize she was trying to work with me and the same guy kept talking to her in between our conversation, till she stopped. The lady tried. But that man need to work on his professionalism
no matter the race. I might not speak their language but I do read body language and the time they speak, even with a smile. Is only disappointing I travelled at least 17 miles to go there. I’m sure I’ll find a place that treats my time better.

I have been going to Royal Nails for a couple years now. I am always happy with my services. I highly recommend the pedicures, they do a great job, and for a great price.
I often get a gel manicure and having a few different nail techs, they are always consistent.
They are busier on certain days, so I do keep this in mind. That being said I am happy to see the business doing well and it is never an issue for me. Thank you everyone at Royal Nails!!

Had my hip replaced and can't bend to cut my nails. Excellent pedicure. I bring my God Daughter here for her nails too.

This is the second time I have come to the salon with appointments and been made to wait for service. Today, I had made 5 appointments over a month ago. When we arrived, they didn't have one person to service us. After 25 minutes of waiting they started one of us while the other 4 are still waiting. Completely disrespectful and disappointing. I specifically made appointments so I wouldn't have to wait with 3 kids. I won't be back again. They have lost my business.

Best nail salon in the area, hands down! I've had a different technician every time and I've been so pleased each visit. I usually get a gel mani and gel pedi and they're also reasonably priced. Attention to detail is held to a high standard here. No dip, but experts at the services they offer. Would highly recommend.
