Good if you need simple problems solved like fresh installs or hardware upgrades. But not the place to go for gamer builds or complex issues.

I have used Rob a few times now. He saved me. I was hacked with a Microsoft scam and he wiped the hard drive clean and reinstalled Win 10. Saved all my pictures and data also. I highly recommend him. Thanks obT!!!sanksRob

I decided to try something new when my computer crashed this time. I have brought my computer in the past to a popular computer repair shop only to wait for weeks for a high price and mediocre results. I saw that Rob had excellent reviews and was local. I was so happy I did. He saved all of my data and upgraded my computer in less than 2 days! The price was reasonable too. I couldn't ask for better service. Rob is my new computer guy!

This is my 2nd visit to Robs ,1st time he diagnosed my laptop it needed a new hard drive , He called me the very next day and says it's ready. The 2nd time I fried it big time and It wouldn't even turn on. I dropped it off and by the time I got home and made a coffee he called me and told me that I fried it again ,So I purchased one he had at his shop. You really can't ask for any better service than that ! ✌️

I called Rob's Computer Care to have them look at my son's desktop gaming computer, which he also uses for school. The hard drive was shot and all of my son's data lost to us. Rob answered the phone right away; and, after I explained the situation, was eager to help. I dropped the machine off to Rob that evening and the next day he had it completed ... new hard drive, retrieved all of our lost data; he even upgraded the machine so it would run even faster to improve the gaming experience. Rob was upfront about the costs and the price was very reasonable. The overall service experience was exceptional as we had our machine back the next evening ready to go. I would recommend Rob's Computer Care for all of your computer service needs. I will contact Rob again for any other computer issues that I have.
