We have used Next-Level IT as our primary IT support partner for 5+ years! Josh and his team have helped us focus on growing our business without having to deal with all the IT concerns that can slow us down. They are quick to respond, and my team like having a local team that they can call on when they have issues. They manage our servers, laptops, network (wireless+wired), and our cyber-security policies. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a group to manage their IT systems.

Our business uses Next-Level IT and I can't recommend them enough! Their team is incredibly knowledgeable and responsive. The have helped us with everything from setting up our network infrastructure to helping resolve all sorts of day to day computer/software/connectivity issues.
Josh and his team are awesome to work with and quick to respond when we have a time sensitive problem. We love that they can remote in to help with simple things and also come onsite when needed.

We, as a non profit, That Newfoundland Place, Inc., are thrilled with the outstanding service received from Next-Level IT. Because these specialists are aware of all programs offered to a non profit, we are the recipient of HUGE benefits that they signed us up for, saving us big money that we can use for other expenses in helping Newfoundland dogs. Additionally, they are ALWAYS there for us and our questions. The best thing we EVER did was switch to Next-Level IT...they are responsive, helpful, and very professional!

The IT Team at Next-Level IT is very professional, courtesy and know their stuff!!! Next-Level has been our Company's IT support for a few years now. They go above and beyond the call of duty. Their response time to my emails and/or calls is very quick. Whether its inquiring about new software, potential virus emails, cloud backups, or purchasing new computers, Josh and his team do their homework. They respond with detailed answers and educate me in the process. Their pricing is very fair in comparison to some other IT businesses I’ve worked with. Overall, a great group to work with.

Josh and his team at Next-Level IT are a terrific group that are timely and most importantly extremely knowledgable. I'm fairly literate when it comes to technology and PC's, but Next Level-IT has definitely saved us on numerous occassions for issues that were beyond our knowledge. I couldn't recommend them more!

Can't say enough about the professionalism and knowledge that Josh brought with him to my "crisis"! He responded very quickly when I found myself without a functioning hard drive. Not having my computer to drive my plotter and printer meant that I was dead in the water and could not meet my customers needs. Time was of the essence and Josh actually stayed into the evening to ensure that I had things running smoothly in the morning. Excellent, Excellent company - would not hesitate to use again.

I am a CPA and have referred several of my clients to him and they all have been very happy with his services and knowledge of issues that have come up from getting rid of viruses to installing new equipment

The hard drive on our laptop failed. The first person we had look at it (an IT professional) said the hard drive had failed and all the data was lost. we brought it to Josh and he was able save all of our data and install a new hard drive. He was fast, professional and most importantly recovered our data!
