It was an urgent request. I couldn’t find any shops nearly to fix my battery within the week. Morrison and Johnson allowed me to leave my car at their store and checked my car on day later. Problems were fixed in three days. The price is fair. I have begun doing my car maintenance there. Liked it!

Avoid dealing with this shop and it's owners, specially Glenn Johnson. No patience, treat people and his own employees like garbage if he doesn't get his way, sad to see the miserable faces of his technicians and counter people when it comes to Glenn. Even when i was in the lobby waiting I've seen how he treats those people who deliver parts to his shops as if they are below him. Great technicians, not so great customer service and horrible management.

Avoid bringing your vehicle to this place unless you would like to be jerked around. Communication is terrible.

I had some known and unknown issues with my vehicle. Brought it in and asked for a look over, and I was provided with a list of work and cost (including tax and labor) for each job. The staff here are informative and willing to work with you. They were also helpful in identifying what work needed more attention and what can wait.

Toyota quoted me $6000 to repair an HVAC issue, after telling me that the entire system needed to be replaced to get it working again. I brought my car to M&J who estimated $1200 and ultimately charged me $400 for the repair after determining that replacing the entire system would be excessive. The heat and A/C now work great! I am a very happy customer, and M&J have earned my trust.Service: Air conditioning

These people are great. I don't care if you have a junk car or a new car. They actually listen to you and give you a honest answer and have gone out of their way to get parts for a car that you can't even find parts for.I had to make it last until I could afford a new car.I've used them for everything even put a trailer hitch on my car and gave me a receiver hitch for nothing.I swear that they have the customers interests first before money and that's different than anyother place.They even let you talk to the guy that did the work.Good luck finding anyplace that puts you the customer first.

Waited over three months to get a quote to fix my vehicle from this place. They wrote down what I needed several times because they always misplaced the note. I went several times in person and made several phone calls and I was always told " we have questions for you we will call you back". The phone call never happened. I called one morning and the guy had an attitude in his voice and that was the last straw. I told him not to worry about it ill take my vehicle elsewhere and he was happy about it meaning he didn't want the job to begin with. When I tried to explain how many times I got a run around and was told they would call me he interrupted me and told me i was the one that was supposed to call them and hung up the phone on me. Hes the kind of guy that can't admit he's wrong. All Raymond's needed was 5 minutes of my time and he gave me a quote immediately. I had them service another vehicle while I was waiting for my quote I figured I'd use this shop for all my needs. Forget it. This place won't see another one of my vehicles. I won't recommend them for anything.Service: Transmission

Got my brakes and wheel bearing fixed here. Prices are reasonable and the workers seem to be in your best interest regarding repairs (unlike dealerships)
