I just called the emergency hotline which indicated on the website, there is 24/7 veternian care. Instead of helping me the woman told me to go to Tuffs instead? Why would you have an emergency hospital to send customers elsewhere? Thanks for the help with my dying cat!

They are always so professional, super clean, on time with appointments and informative. My cat loves the vets and staff here, and her annual appointments are quick and painless. When I got her she has giardia and they had reasonable pricing for the medication, and gave me tons of advice for administering it. Couldn't recommend this place enough!

Worst veterinary office I’ve ever visited. They acted like I was not even in the room.

Out Promoting Fenton VeterinaryServices for Large Animals horses etc..I called Fenton vet and they said they are not taking new patients at any locations.then I see them at stafford farm day with a tent set up,still not taking new patients, except for large animals.ive never seen a vet with three locations not taking new small animal patients. but if you have a farm animal they will take you . So it appears that one kind of animal is more important than another?

I absolutely hate leaving bad reviews, but if I could leave this place zero stars I would. In the last year, service has declined and price has soared. Several people have warned me that Fenton River now pays their vets "commissions" on services sold which is frightening model for healthcare. Today, they quoted me $185 for a basic health certificate on a horse traveling to a championship show. I can't help but feel the price gouging is a bit predatory.I have seen a total of 6 different vets for my animals with zero consistency. I have closed my account and I also spoke to three of their other clients, sharing this story, who all will be closing their accounts and switching to an honest practice.Very disappointing. Please stay away equine folks.

I’ve had very good care from everyone we’ve seen here. A few years ago they boarded my two birds which was fantastic as well. It’s nice they have three locations that are connected and communicate.

Somehow completely missed my cats renal failure. Kept bringing her in for extreme weight loss, but was sent home every time. Didn’t even refer us to en emergency vet. Had to take her out ourselves to go to Pieper Memorial. Hope she lives, she now needs complete blood transfusion because she is literally dying. She is only 1.5 years old, not even elderly. Update: she died : /

Took my Silkie hen in to see them. They dismissed her when she was actively chewing her vent apart. I went back (for free) and they still had nothing to tell me. She died a month later. They do not work well for chickens. Rip fuzzy chicken (and my $300)

I have never received such amazing and compassionate care for a pet like I have with Fenton River. I called because my dog was throwing up and not eating. Melissa W consulted with the vet after hours, gave me the name of all the 24 hour animal hospitals in my area, sent my dogs records to me through email so that I could give them to the emergency vet, and then made arrangements to call the next day and check on my sweet girl. I'm literally blown away by the wonderful care! ❣️❣️

My "kids", Kiwi and Thor get the best of care and treatment here. If you love your pets I highly recommend them.

I was seeing Fenton River for my gecko who wasn’t doing so well when I had recently moved to CT and unfortunately despite our best efforts he passed and was cremated by Fenton. The team was fantastic, and comforting but the emotional scarring from what followed is the complete opposite. I wanted to incorporate his ashes and another pets ashes into my wedding jewelry I was making to have a piece of them on my big day. I’ve dealt with pet and human ashes before and know how they look but when I opened my geckos urn I was in for a rude awakening. These were not ashes, infact what I saw was distinct pieces of my once beloved pet. I could see whole spinal columns and leg bones along with other identifiable pieces. Whoever was responsible for his cremation should be ashamed. Losing him was traumatic enough, but to have to see his remains in such a way is beyond traumatizing and just wrong and unethical.

Hands down, the absolute best experience we have ever had with and emergency vet. Wonderful, caring staff. Thank you for getting Loki in and taking care of him.
