A crew member helped me to cobble together a ceiling fan extension chain. He could have just told me what to do but, instead, he opened the items and created the pull chain. I then paid for the opened packages. A+ service. Thank you sir.

This is the hardware store from back in the day, when you can walk in and walk out with EVERYTHING you needed. The most important thing is the knowledge of their employees. Very helpful people.

Good local hardware store. Very close to my home. So, it's kind of a go to place for me, especially while I'm doing something at home and running out of supplies. Because if I want to go to Home Depot or Lowe's then I have to drive 15 minutes. So it saves a lot of my time.

Very knowledgeable folks.I woke up to my heat not working on the first floor and initially thought it had something to do with my thermostat. I went in looking for one and was given advice about what to troubleshoot first and where to go if I was still having trouble. After running through the steps I was able to avoid what I imagine would have been a very expensive call.I feel like it's hard to find that kind of guidance at the big box stores - and their selection is pretty expansive as well. Saved me a few grey hairs that morning!

I've always gone to this store since I moved out here 35 years ago. I will never go back in after how rude and disrespectful I was treated by the staff. I'm a senior citizen with P.T.S.D. I was shaking so bad that it took me hours to settle down, I went in for a part and received some help from the staff, followed by screaming, yelling by this person pushing me , telling me to leave the store or they will call the cops. well I almost stopped there. I still might. They should't ever put there hands on a person. I'm an old lady.
