Great service! My car had an engine issue and stalled on the interstate on the way to Boston from NYC (so I was very far from home and stuck) and I was towed here by AAA. I got there about 30 minutes before closing. They stayed past closing to fix my car and I was able to get back on the road! I am very grateful for their great customer service and speediness.

Didn't honor AAA discount previously agreed upon. Returned vehicle with new problems. Zero accountability and horrific service. Best to avoid them.

Great service. Bob took me in when I was stuck on a rear brake job. He completed the task and identified some other optional work that the car was due to have done.I opted for him to complete the work which was done the following day.Great experiance and family oriented company.

Very unprofessional, disrespectful. Damaged the car and laughed when customer expressed concerns. Refused to be held accountable. So disappointed to see a business act this way.

If I could rate this s*** hole zero stars I would. I brought in my CLASSIC 1975 LeMans just for it to be in worse condition than when we brought it in. They didn't even have the decency to cover my car, and it was COVERED in bird s**** and they cracked my windshield and were adamant that I would cover the repair. The owner Bob Guild was extremely rude and sexist, laughing at me and being smug and not taking me seriously. Needless to say they aren't getting any of my money and we are taking our business elsewhere. They abused my car and absolutely have ZERO respect for customers and their property, and still expected me to pay $200 for the 2 hours of labor (they did literally nothing to the car) before we tow our car out to another shop.

Great experience with Bob. Mike, and Mark. Great small shop with convenient location and hours. Very honest on repair and what my car needed to be back on the road.

Had what could’ve been serious car trouble on the interstate - wheel violently shaking at any speed above 20 mph. Got to this place, which was the closest service station (and aaa approved).We were half way into trip to northeastern Maine, from NJ, so timing was not good.Owner (sorry, don’t recall his name) was pleasant and had the car looked at immediately. Repair was actually easy, and we were clearly fairly charged for the work involved. (Since I know nothing about cars, which was obvious, we could’ve been taken for a ride.)So what could’ve been a real headache was like an hour pit stop. Very fortunate that we ended up at this place. If we were local it’s the sort of place I’d like for my regular car maintenance.

My car engine light went on as I was driving on 91, and I pulled off and into this station. A guy came out and kindly offered to take a look at what was wrong. It was clear they weren’t trying to sell me anything, just being a genuine kind person to a novice driver in stress. That kind of character is worth 5 stars.

I was driving from NJ to MA and my tire psi light came on, i never had any situation like that. So decided to take an exit and go for a tire air refill (thought - better be safe than sorry).I stopped at this station, i could not find a air fill machine. I asked the guy inside the station and he was friendly, and helpful. He came out and filled all the 4 tires but he said there was no issue with the tires but could be the sensors. He comforted me and my wife and sure enough we had no issues in rest of the trip. I loved the guy.
