On Tuesday September 17th at 10:36pm I was racially profiled by Ivonne at self check out who purposedly moved towards me when I approached. As I was scanning my items I made sure that I was scanning all of the items in my cart. Before I could finish scanning my items she said "I think you missed the bread". I was not ready to cash out yet nor had the ability to double check if I scanned everything before she told me. I asked her if she was watching me and she said yes even though there were at least 2-3 other people at self check out that she didn't even look at because she was too focused on watching me scan every item in my cart. I asked her if she was watching the other people too and she incorrectly said yes she's watching them too when she made it clear she was focused only on what I was doing. It would be different if she was also watching and approached each person that was in self checkout but she did not. This is very disgusting behavior and I have been coming here regularly after work at least once a week. I will never come here again.

Staff are always helpful and bottle room is kept clean and immediately emptied when asked. Love their express checkout app for an easy checkout experience. Prices are not outrageous and most products are the same price as stop and shop. Bakery items are always fresh and very affordable (similar pricing to whole foods and stop and shop but cheaper than local bakeries)

I have had nothing but positive experiences with the Tolland Big Y. The staff are friendly, they are well stocked, there are rarely lines for checkout, and the store is well organized.
Prices are on the higher side, but that is what you pay for good quality.

I was on hold for over 15 minutes.I heard someone pick up the phone and put me back on hold 3 separate times, and nobody said a word to me.I had to call back to finally talk to someone.
