Dropped my Subaru Outback off for some preventative maintenance. Timing belt , water pump , pulleys ,fresh coolant. Work was done in half a day and right on the money Graham quoted me. Glad to support a quality local business. Thanks.

Anderson automotive has been amazing to work with. They are prompt, honest, and compassionate. I have brought my car in a few times and they do their best each and every time. From oil changes to diagnostics, they are thorough and fair. I can’t recommend them enough! Recently my car was leaking a great deal of oil, which was concerning as I had just brought it to the dealership for an oil change. Anderson was able to fit me in quickly, found the issue (the dealership mechanic bent my drain plug. Thanks) and fixed the leak. I dropped my car off Thursday after hours and had my car back Friday by 10 am. I’ve attached a picture of the bent plug

We have a wheel alignment performed on our Honda Ridgeline at Anderson Automotive in September. The women that made the appointment was very pleasant and got us in at a convenient day and time. The mechanic was efficient and very informative when I asked him questions about how far the alignment was off to begin with. The price for the work was fair and we will be using them in the future.

My mother brought her car here for oil change as she has done many times in the past. Brought the car home come to noticeoil all over our driveway, she calls 10 minutes before closing and they refuse to talk to her and say they're closed. She ends up having to take her car via tow to another repair shop where it was discovered that due to mechanics error the gasket for oil plug wasn't even on correctly. She goes back shows damage to drive way and wants refund for oil change. The mechanic won't even speak to her. Between the rude customer service and and lack of wanting to help rectify the issue I highly recommend you find another shop to do your work for you!Service: Oil change

Small shop, Big rack. These guys work on my Dodge Ram 3500 4x4 Dually with a 9' rack. They do a great job every time. Graham and Oscar always get me back on the road as fast as possible. I'm thankful because it's my work truck.

We’ve been going to Anderson for a couple years now for minor things. Our first big repair - replacing brakes - they quoted us $1200! I went to another guy and he charged $480.
Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I called Anderson to see why their numbers are so high and if anything else was wrong with our car that wasn’t detailed on the invoice. They said that’s just what they charge for brakes.
Do not recommend. Ripoff.

Went here after trying 2 other spots including a dealership with no luck. They were able to remove a wheel lock that was rusted and on tightly in less than ten minutes. Great service and pricing; got the job done fast.

Gram, the main mechanic, likes to overcharge you for working on your car and fixing it even though he can't figure out after four times of my car being in the shop and test driving it (like you have to) after repairs that my car didn't have brake pads and proceeded to let's us drive off the lot with. He also does not refrain from mistreating his employees, if you want your child to be called "**** as a bowling ball" then this would be the PERFECT place for you to go

The employees I encountered were courteous and friendly. They did everything we discussed in a timely manner. The price was reasonable and it was a hassle free experience. It's also nice that it's a local business. I will certainly be bringing my car back in the future.Services: Exhaust
