Our entire family loves Koinonia! My oldest daughter attended Summer camp last year and LOVED it!! We also attend swimming lessons and gymnastics lessons with Miss Diane! She is an incredible instructor!! I will always bring all of my kids here it just has a very “home-like” feeling to it!

Although by appearance, it doesn't seem like a fitness center due to size it's a nice place to get your regimens in and out. Of course depending on days and times which is a plus when you want to do your workout. The pool is nice and large that is heated so you aren't freezing when swimming and enjoying it whether your booked for a personal workout session or swim time with the family. They have few treadmills and ellipticals which might make you worry if they will have one available but they usually do because this place is a nice find. One of the great things about this place though is it's family oriented. Sign your kid up for swimming classes or some gymnastics (signed my girl up for both) to keep them moving and have fun. Kids pool parties can be booked which is so cool because they can have fun in the pool and even have a party. They provide the area, time in the pool supervised, and a decent amount of area for the party. Food and such is not provided so you are in charge of those. They have lots of different classes and even camp for the young ones. Or heck a job as a camp counselor. The owners are very kind and ran by them which I adore. Only reason I have it a 4 and not a 5 star is because it's a bit run down but still a great establishment. Come by and support this place. You really don't regret it.

I have been going to the Sr. water aerobics class for 4 years now. Dianne is a wonderful instructor and the exercises in the pool really help with keeping us limber. The socialization is great also. Wonderful group of people.

My daughter has attended preschool, swim lessons, gymnastics and summer camp for over 10 years here. She now assists with summer camp and the younger children. They have fun sleepovers for various holidays and she always has had a great time. The owners are good people and very kid friendly. The facility is older but is safe and always filled with children laughing and playing. Don't judge a book by its cover.

Dirty, not updated, and the place is falling apart. Really sad considering it was a popular place back in the day. It's just not up to par with the available surrounding businesses.

I am proud to say granddaughter has done amazing at Koinonia! In the year after her kidney transplant and even though she wears hearing aids, She has grown strong and confident in her swimming. Miss Diane has done a great job. She focuses on teaching 1 kid to swim great rather than 10 kids to swim ok. Very happy with Koinonia!
