“Good rental and great service but the whole return after hours process was awful and I don't recommend it. I didn't know I had to download the app and the app wasn't loading very well at all and was downright awful. I wound up finding a web link next to the key return and struggled through using it because of loading times. It took me 40 minutes to return the truck which is unacceptable.Uhaul at this location should have a wifi guest network near the building that I can connect to if service is bad so that I can take a normal amount of time to do this. 40 minutes is unacceptable and it makes me hesitant to ever return after hours again. I'd advise against it. Also, if the account holder and driver are two different people, the driver returning the vehicle should be able to do the return process without having to reach out to the account holder. It was an incredibly long and arduous process and it really shouldn't have been.”

“I was moving a studio apartment an hour away, the van was perfect and it fit everything I needed. I was actually surprised how much it could hold. The van was in excellent condition and was great to drive. I am a woman and I had no problem handling it, even on the highway. The app or online website are great to place the order and also to drop off after hours. The office closes at 3, I dropped off at 6 pm and followed the instructions which included questions and photos. Then dropped key in the box. I gassed up prior to drop off and was charged the estimate amount $90 for 4 hours plus insurance and a dolly. The people here were friendly and helpful but keep in mind its a busy place at a gas station so it's a little hectic, that's the only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars. This was a great experience overall.”
