And they allowed me to make weekly payments on the work that was done on my car. And that car needed everything. They even came and picked it up to do the work for me. “Popped in on a busy Friday during a snowstorm to have our tires assessed. Ben and crew looked at our car and found one tire was unsafe. Even though our appointment was a few hours away, Ben was not comfortable with us driving it and coming back, so we stayed. We got a great quality set of tires for a good price, but the guys found severe issues with our tie rods and could not do the badly needed alignment. Stopped at our mechanic on the way home, three tie rods were in unsafe shape. Our mechanic was impressed at the way Ben and crew kept us safe. We had the repairs done, wheels aligned and are back on the road. Car drives like a dream, didn't know how bad it was. Thank you, Ben, for going above and beyond to keep us safe.”

He was fast, efficient, and performed high-quality work promptly. He was very easy to work with and made the entire process much easier than I thought. Karen at the front desk was also amazing! She’s very friendly and completed all the necessary paperwork which put me at ease. Good old-fashioned service. I highly recommend Kulmann’s! I unfortunately didn’t take a before picture but here’s an after the work was done picture. My 2017 Toyota looks brand new!”
“My son hit a pothole and got a flat tire. I put air in the tire and drove down to Pete's in Waterbury because it was the closest tire shop, and I wouldn't have made it much further. Cody wrote up the order and took care of the tire right away. Unfortunately, the tire had a big hole in the sidewall. They had my specific tire in stock at their central warehouse, and he said he would be available the next morning. Cody had Chris put on my spare tire, which got us back on the road. He told me to come back the next morning, and they would install the new tire. The following day, I arrived at 8:45, and I was out the door by 9:15! Cody was very professional and courteous, and Chris and Jose did a great job installing my spare and my new tire. It was a great experience and took much less time than expected. Great job at a fair price! Thanks!”

“Highly recommend Toce Brothers! Long story short I had purchased a brand new set of oversized LT tires elsewhere for my modified 4Runner. After multiple attempts of balancing at other places (1x bead balance, 3x high speed balance, and 1x RoadForce balance which was done incorrectly), and a new set of rims (nothing was wrong with the original rims) I found out that Toce does RoadForce balance (and they do it for best price around) so I brought it there for a last ditch effort to try yet again. I showed up, they brought my truck right in, an hour later they were done and I was left with perfectly balanced tires! All the staff there was amazing and very friendly, and most importantly honest! I will ALWAYS choose Toce for my future tire needs.”

It's also nice to go to a small town native for small repairs and help them being a small business not out for an extra dollar.
