Brian arrived promptly at my workplace. He explained the procedure to replace my windshield.He said another technician would come to recalibrate the system. All was done in a timely manner, professionally and efficiently. I would certainly recommend. Brian even removed the skeletal remains of a squirrel that met its demise stuck under the windshield cowl !!No wonder there was a mysterious oder in the car!!Thanks Brian!

I had a back window replaced on a Toyota Tacoma. this week. The service tech communicated his arrival time to my home. His name is Raoul .. he was a very kind, professional tech with excellent knowledge of the removal and installation steps and I watched as I worked for Toyota and found the process interesting. I would rate the tech and the completed job a BIG TEN!!

I broke my back glass on my car on Sunday. Another service couldn't fix until the 9th! We decided to give Plymouth a try. Great service! Josh showed up on time. Did a beautiful job. Would highly recommend them over any other glass company. Customer for life.

Excellent and prompt service. They were recommended by the Audi dealership to replace my cracked windshield. I called and spoke with Rachael, who was pleasant and accommodating. Although the windshield was on back order, it came in much quicker than expected, and she called me immediately to schedule an appointment. The technician was on time and very helpful. The work was done quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend.

Real pros from start to finish....from the person who answered the phone, then the tech and the owner even called after to make sure I was satisfied. They came out to my workplace, as scheduled and calling ahead to confirm. This may be a big name who advertises but they are a family business to whom you matter!

Went to see them with a crash in windshield. They were able to deal with the insurance and set up an appointment quickly. They were fast, clean and courteous. The admin staff and the techs. I always enjoy having Plymouth Glass do any type of work for me.

Once I was able to secure an appointment for a windshield replacement at my employer's parking lot, Eric kept me informed on his ETA, and once we discussed details such as what stickers I needed to re-apply on the replacement windshield, he was done in 30 minutes. Excellent workmanship, totally professional manners. He installed an OEM (Mopar) Jeep Wrangler windshield, which my previous installer didn't use. He said that Plymouth only uses OEM parts. It was a pleasure dealing with Eric. I recommend Plymouth wholeheartedly.

I am very happy with Plymouth Glass! They were on time and the technician did a great job on installing my windshield. The calibrator man came later and made sure everything was perfect! I had searched some of those big name franchises, but they had horrendous reviews! I am so glad I went with Plymouth Glass. I would certainly use them again!! 5 stars!!

What a pleasure it was to work with this company. It felt like I had stepped back in time, to the days when customer service meant Customer service. I had a cracked windshield and my insurance carrier had tried to book Safelite, but nothing was available for weeks Instead they sent my info to Plymouth Glass. I called and set up an appointment for them to come to my house and replace the windshield. As it's a newer model the windshield has technology imbedded in it, so the process is two steps. Different techs would install and then reconfigure. They were prompt, each called ahead to give me a time window. They were very nice, friendly and professional. The following day, I received a call to ask if everything had gone ok. Wow. Just like doing business 20 years ago when people respected your time and were courteous and helpful.

I have had glass installed by various companies over the years and some were good and some not, but I highly recommend Plymouth Glass and Mirror. so professional and such a great company to work with. it started with Kim, who was so patient and understanding to the installer who came out and did such a great job. the back window was completely shattered and he took such care to sweep up and make sure the glass was gone.I will definitely use them and recommend them! thank you Plymouth Glass

My vehicle windshield was smashed at a sporting event on Sunday and I immediately called Plymouth to get my windshield replaced. I received a call back Monday morning and was able to quickly schedule the replacement at my work location on Thursday. Thursday I was called first thing in the morning to confirm the appointment time and they arrived exactly on time. The repair was done in less than 30 minutes and it was done to perfection.

Human beings providing real customer service. A unicorn these days in the age of outsourced support and automated operators. Plymouth did an excellent job with the replacement. Tech called me in the morning to tell me what time he would arrive. He pulled in on time and did the replacement without any issues. Update: The owner called me herself after the work was done. This is world class service that you do not see anymore. Also Kim was great!
