Just recently purchased a brand new car from Modern Mazda. The person that sold us the car was amazing and super helpful. Her name is Abby Fitzgerald, and because of her, we came back to Modern and purchased a brand new CX-5. We originally went looking for a 2021 or 2022, but just fell for the 2024 and the price was right. I would fully recommend Abby from Modern Mazda on Thomaston, CT.

First time going through the car buying process and owning a Mazda, and it was incredibly easy and stress-free process thanks to our sales associate, Abbey. We discussed what we were looking for, quickly narrowed down our options with Abbey giving us very helpful information when comparing models and found what would suit our needs best. Despite visiting on a busy day, we didn't feel rushed Nick also made it a great experience, helping with the final paperwork and adding an extended warranty! Glad to have met the caring team at Modern Mazda.

BIG thanks to Keyon, Natalie, Mike and Nick! Purchased a beautiful 2016 CX5, big upgrade from what I was driving previously. Had it's first road trip this weekend and it drove like a cloud!!!!! My only one recommendation is when we made the appt to finalize everything, we waited 45 mins before we could even get in the car and then start signing documents (we sat in Natalie's office for 45 mins staring at walls). Other than that everything is great so far!

This was my first time buying a car, and Modern Mazda made the entire process smooth and easy to grasp. Jose Medina was an outstanding salesman, distinct from others I had encountered during my search. He was exceptionally kind and patient, taking the time to ensure I found the ideal car. He clearly explained each step of the buying process, making it simple to follow. Additionally, every staff member at the dealership was friendly, personable, and attentive, addressing all my questions. I had a completely positive experience at this dealership and would highly recommend Modern Mazda to anyone looking for a car.

Found a car I liked online. Stephen D reached out to me and I was able to test drive the vehicle that same day. I really enjoyed the CX-5 and he was able to get the process moving quickly for me. I left that day and Stephen communicated in a prompt manner until my car was ready to be picked up.(I had left a voicemail for the GM and he even called me while he was out and about on his day off). Once car was ready he let me know, and I came in. I thought I’d be there for hours, but I was not! Stephen and the business manager (Nick) moved quickly and efficiently to get me on the road with my new car. Lastly, as a female, I have had bad experiences at dealerships before with rude and pushy salesman. This was not the case here. Stephen and Nick were calm, friendly and did not push. Go pay them a visit for your next car purchase!
