“Although I use the West Springfield, Massachusetts location on Page Blvd. This is the ultimate supplier for Pittsburgh PPG, California Paints & Storm Systems by California, they sell Zinsser Rustoleum products such as BIN Alkyd as well as Wooster Lind beck Extra firm brushes as well as the Arrow worthy Rembrant edition fine quality brushes. There is a home decorating section as well offering a multitude of options. Great pricing on materials, everything from sanding sponges & sandpaper to roller sleeves, extensions, compound knives and service repairs on sprayers and power washers, always sheer excellence on behalf of the staff and managers, Josh is the man when it comes to mixing to create existing color matches! Great store.”

“Shout out to our local Ace Hardware store in Wolcott. My husband and I are closing on our house in Wolcott at the end of this week and we popped into Ace on our way to the food truck festival just to begin the process of choosing paint colors. We really wanted to go with Benjamin Moore and the large box stores do not carry it. Shout out to all of the employees at Ace Hardware. They were super helpful, pleasant and very welcoming. Will definitely be using them throughout our time in Wolcott!”
“Great Service & Friendly Team! I utilize them for my snowblower repairs. This was the first time I utilized their online service request form from their website. Kathy from the Service Dept. contacted me right away via email and arranged a pickup of my snowblower. They were able to even pick it up the same day! Three days later and my tuneup was completed and it was delivered back to me. Kuddos folks. Keep up the stellar work and great attitudes. Great small business!”

“Best staff and great Manager, Mr. Anger Diaz. We were traveling to Richmond, VA and needed a cargo carrier. It was dark outside, cold and raining pretty hard. Mr. Anger Diaz allowed us to put the cargo carrier together inside the store area. We had a great trip home that evening. Big shout out to this store and the staff!!!”

“Great products and outstanding customer service.I purchased one of their metal security doors for a secure room in my house. It arrived on a pallet secure in it's cardboard packaging, well packaged between two sections of plywood for protection. After opening it up, not a scratch on it. The primary trucking company transferred it to a local delivery company for final delivery (a smaller truck with a lift gate). With their pallet jack, the driver was able to manauver it safely down my paved driveway and into the garage. My door and frame weighed approximately 225 pounds.My contractor installed it yesterday, anchoring it as recommended in the installation video. He has installed a lot of doors over his career and was very impressed with the door, frame, and locking system. His comment was someone would have an easier time going through my concrete basement walls, than through this door system.I am very satisfied with this product. So much so, I placed an order today for a second door for another part of my house. Wanting to have them keyed the same, their customer service (shout out to Anthony) guided me through ordering to make that happen, and he answered my questions on the lock upgrade.Again, great product and outstanding customer service!”

The owner is a great guy and has always given me some good tips on the jobs I’m about to tackle. The Hardware store next door is also great, with great customer service.. “12.19.23 This is one of the better hardware stores in this area. Great customer service every time I come here. Yes, their prices are a little more expensive than some if the big box stores but anytime I've had a question about something I didn't know they've always been able to answer it and/or solve it for me. They do have a good assortment of different items and if they don't have it or have been out of stock they have either ordered it or got it back in stock in a short amount of time. They do have a small parking lot. They're located not far off of route 8. Only about a mile off of the highway. Tis the season upon us for ice and snow, they've always had ice melt in stock when the big box stores have sold out. So don't be to quick to forget about them or discount them. They're a great resource there when you need it. Stop on by. You'll see.”
