Excellent customer service. Ron picked up my lawnmower at my house within an hour of me calling for it to be serviced. Zera Equipment repaired and returned the mower to my house within 2 days. When Ron dropped off the mower he spent the time to answer all of my questions. Will definitely use Zera Equipment for my future lawnmower needs.

Excellent customer service! Ron repaired our tractor, returned it cleaned and has been prompt when an issue arose! Went above and beyond to help out with an issue! Even came right over to the house to help out! The tractor runs like a champ!

Zera power equipment was an absolute pleasure to work with. Great communication, picked up my mower and quad for me. Super reasonable pricing and always easy to get ahold of. Had a jet ski that needed to be looked at for the next day and they fit me in to a full schedule. Would absolutely recommend them! Look forward to doing more business with them.

Being in and out of landscaping for 15 years I have had to do business with Ron many times. Always been great to work with. A local family guy that will take care of you, go see him if you do need anything.

A bunch of lazy fat people. They have the longest excuse list in the East coast not to do their job. There is always something going on, except doing what they have to do. They should quit on the XXXXL pizzas and get the job done.

I took my riding lawn mower to Zera. After couple of weeks, the owner let me know that the total bill will be $400. I gave the go ahead to work on it. When he finally delivered the mower however, he wanted $750 for it, almost double what he told it will be. I protested but eventually paid. What's worse, the mower desk stopped working just after three months. I will not be a return customer for sure.
