“We took our cat in for her first vet appointment and she was very scared. Especially when a very large dog and two loud dalmations entered the waiting area (she was in a crate, but stopped meowing immediately). Dr. Rothbart and his technician could not have been friendlier and made our cat feel welcome. She was so welcome that while the Doctor and technician were out of the room reviewing medical data she surveyed the entire room just like she would at home. A first rate experience from start to finish! We look forward to our next visit (although we do not want to be regular patients!)”
