Had to take a broken Mother's Day gift that had been jammed into a mailbox that was smaller than the package which damaged the piece of art work. I was told that l had to go online and file a complaint if l wanted the almost $9 postal fee returned. No customer service provided by the Post Master there.

USPS said they couldn't get to our mailbox or address when our mailbox is completely clear. They constantly deliver our mail to our neighbors house right behind us. Its another house with the same number but different street. This is just the carrier being lazy and not paying attention to where it has to go.

Many delivery errors where my packages end up at my neighbor's. Amazon package delivered 9/19 in my mailbox. I check said mailbox and guess what??? It's not there. 2nd entry: the same product that they claimed they left in my mailbox and never did, I had reordered with today being the delivery day. Guess what?? Driver claimed to have left it on my front steps. I was home all day going back and forth between my condo and the garage and not once was a package left on my front step!!! The same product that I had reordered - because of this place screwing up the first delivery - screwed up on the 2nd attempt!!!! WTF!!!!!! Be ready....I will be visiting this location first thing tomorrow!!!!

This place is an absolute nightmare. The carriers are criminally negligent. My office is 5 feet from the front door, yet I'll get an email notification that a delivery was attempted and no one was home. There is no physical notification, so they just never bothered to even try. I'm not sure what it is about the postal service that attracts such an abundance of low lives, but this and the Enfield one are the worst I've ever had the misfortune of encountering.

Terrible service !!!! Today 1/16/2019 I watched my mail carrier skip my address with several time sensitive packages marked as "out for delivery" early this morning the tracking now says "delivery attempted no access to location" ?? this is normal for package delivery here. This is the worst postal service I have ever experienced. Several formal complaints have been filed at the office with no change to the poor service. Lazy mail carrier smokes in her official vehicle and frequently neglects to deliver packages to our address.

The post carrier was yapping on her cell phone. She put all our neighbors mail in our mailbox. My package was not left. Yet, yesterday the tracking said "out for delivery". Now, it says "recepticle is blocked". I have been at my address in Suffield for 11 years. I have never had good mail service. I have received others mail religously for years. My mail? Who knows. This Post Office is made up of idiots. All of them. They are exactly why the USPS looses billons every year. Throw them out. No more pensions. Privatize!!!
