Quaint, very quaint. Small wholesome Town seasonal weekend Farmers Market located on the Historic Town Green along Route 75. Parking is ample and safe off the State Road. Suffield once a Town built on a strong farming community and large "Gentleman's" farms. Today, the same culture is still ingrained, but now with fewer brave soles and families trying to make a go at balancing the land, produce, and ever dedicate budgets. We enjoy stopping on a Saturday morning with my in-laws or on our way to their house. The tables are a place for warm conversation and catching-up with vendors and other regulars. On any day, growing season only, you can find fresh morning picked items such as: Corn, tomatoes, beans, potatoes, squashes, and flowers. Then there are the tables featuring my weakness of baked goods; sweets and sustainable breads, as well as, canned jellies and vegetable goods. Arts, crafts, and community interest tables can also be found along with youth groups sporting their fund raisers such as Cookies and Kettle Corn (yes, another weakness).
