This is the most fun "thrift store" to shop with very reasonable prices & all the money goes to help others! Everything is in perfect condition & everyone that works there is a volunteer & all the ladies are delightful.

"We'll drive for the line Now there's nothing to be lost You and I will cross over With no second thoughts" (Tom Petty) This is the third of the Second Chance Shops I've visited, after previous trips to their Simsbury and Glastonbury locations. I always take a look at the men's shirts first. I was very surprised to see them tagged at $12 here, which is substantially more than I customarily see at the Simsbury store, where I've picked up quite a few similar long sleeve Oxford shirts for $5. Otherwise, the store is very neat and organized and has the usual accompaniment of clothing, footwear, accessories, household goods, books, etc. I'm definitely a fan of thrift and second hand stores, and even though I was looking for a long sleeve white shirt, I walked out empty-handed today.

The whole place was so nicely organized and the prices were extremely reasonable, the staff was SO sweet and though the collection was small they had a little bit of everything in every section. Highly recommend

Friendly and helpful staff - you never know what you're going to find here. I appreciate their men's section, lots of nice dress shirts and pants at extremely reasonable prices.

I had seen this place for a few years before I decided to stop in. BOY WAS I MISSING OUT! I got a great Easter dress and hat and fun shoes for less than I'd get a single dress for at any other store! So happy I found this shop!

Amazing shop! It like walking into a fine boutique with fine furnishings and racks. Nice clothing, shoes, accessories and even housewares. The prices can not be beat. I highly recommend this shop.

Love this store. I needed entire wardrobe in the spring and again in fall, due to weight loss. I can't count the number of times I went to this store and still do. Everyone is do friendly and helpful

The Second Chance Shop is well worth a visit! It is easy to navigate with prices listed above merchandise, and with a clean, well organized array of clothing, jewelry, and home goods. I stopped by today and left with two tops, one of which is a well known expensive brand which appears new. Both were $5! Knowing the money spent goes to a very worthy charity just adds to the fun!
