My condo association currently uses Residential Management. The manager that represents the residents here does not respond to emails, does not respond to the work order requested by the Management company, nor is the request addressed in a respectable time period, let alone completed

Residential Management Company has been fantastic to my family and I. We had a few issues when we moved into our new condo that were addressed almost immediately. The management & maintenance staff was friendly, professional & left not a trace behind! Thank you Residential Management for making us feel welcome in our new home!

These guys are super reasonable to deal with and have the quickest turnaround time on repairs I've ever experienced from a management company. Pretty quick communication too

Awful property managers. Barely any communication (you get a letter the day before any major operations), hard to reach, and bad with maintenance. Doesn't clean roof during winter months , nearly died from the icicles. If they say a project will take two weeks, it takes two months. Do not recommend them
