“Switching to this pharmacy was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made in my entire life-For starters, Jenn is without a doubt theeee kindest, most helpful, professional, knowledgeable Pharmacist’s I’ve ever dealt with and she does it ALL. By that I mean she’s not only the problem solver, the reason everything runs as smoothly & organized as it does, etc. etc. But she’s quite literally the glue that holds that entire Pharmacy together. Based off of my experience as a Customer, it seems as though when she’s there, she’s either the only one or she’s working with one other person. Yet on the days she’s off, they’ve got like 4 employees back there. So to whomever employes Ms. Jenn, I really hope you realize what an extraordinary Pharmacist she is and how valuable she is. To anyone contemplating, I 1,000% recommend this pharmacy. I’d give them 10 stars if I could. I mean never has a Pharmacy been more on top of my meds than I have….up until coming here.Lastly, I wouldn’t feel right concluding this novel of a review, without making special mention of Ms. Casey, of whom is an absolute doll and is also exceptional at her job. Aside from Jenn, she’s the only other one I’d go to in the event I was having a problem with refills, insurance, etc. Which is great considering either one of them is usually always there. Hope this helps!”

They will even contact the doctors when a refill is needed, they delivered my baby's compounded prilosec on dry ice to my door faithfully every month on time.. “It was so great to finally get my shingles shot. What a friendly and competent group working in the pharmacy. I then decided to have a prescription sent over after spending $75 at another drug store. They worked above and beyond my expectations trying to put a coupon from the drug company into the computer which the other drug store said they couldn’t. They ended up saving me $60 on that prescription. Thank you to all in the pharmacy department for your professionalism and helpfulness. It was much appreciated.”

“My husband & I had a very positive experience with the staff and with the healthcare professionals attending the clinic. We had arrived in search for a covid test prior to travel, and one of the staff members directed us to the clinic. We were unable to get an appointment anywhere and we desperately needed assistance. The healthcare professionals accommodated us, and also worked hard to make sure that we had the best deal for the things that we needed as we were paying out of pocket. They honestly went above and beyond and they deserve a lot of recognition for that.”

We had been put through the ringer by MassHealth with endless hoops to jump through with prior authorizations and then our doc sending the prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy in a time sensitive situation. Joanne walked me through every step and called me when each step had been confirmed and resolved. She was SO NICE when I was freaking out - couldn't ask for better, more knowledgeable, professional and yet still warm and friendly staff. THANK YOU!!”

“I love this Coscto! It's so conveniently located for us between Bradley Hartford Int airport and our destination in Southern Vermont. Always clean and orderly which makes for hitting all the aisles safely and quickly. I would have given 5 stars but this is the second time I've had no toilet tissue in the ladies room stall! Ugh! “I just came back from picking up some prescriptions and an over the counter medication and couldn’t of had a better experience. The person who greeted me at the cash register had a big smile on and wished me hello. After I told her what prescriptions I wanted she informed me one wasn’t ready but if I wanted to wait, ended up being less than a few minutes, she would expedite it, which she must have.I also needed an over the counter medication and the pharmacist validated my use and informed me about some of the side effects that help me select the correct product and dosage.Great experience- thank you so much. Tough job that usually only gets complaints.”
