DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!I ordered a pair of Nostalgia jog pants made in Italy. They were very nice pants, but I returned them as they didn’t fit me. I paid $65.02 for these pants. This is when the trouble started. I sent an email to customer service and Debbie Gonzales answered my email saying I would get a full refund 3-7 when they got the pants. They received the pants and on December 20th they refunded my credit card $41.97- mind you I paid $65.02 for the pants on my credit card. I emailed customer service several times and would get Debbie Gonzales whom is useless and she would respond back with the same email over and over Saying I had a $20 credit for Shoptique to use the next time I buy something. I never agreed to a $20 credit to their shop in exchange for a partial refund of the pants I bought from them. All I wanted was a full refund for the $65.02 for the pants. My credit card was charged 65.05. These people are scammers. They rip people off and don’t give you your money back. I sent the pants back in good faith and would hope that as running a business under Shoptique Inc. -Moxy Suffield would do the same in good faith and refund my money. If they did this to me Debbie Gonzales- I can only imagine how many people this company is ripping off. Please use caution when purchasing anything with these scammers!! I had a feeling something wasn’t right.
