Put a sign out that says you're allowed to step behind the counter to grab a bottle or don't make someone who's never been there feel like garbage for not knowing that was allowed. I'm sorry you're so annoyed that people don't know this and you have to tell them, but it's not common practice to go behind where the register is to grab a bottle of liquor. Also, please make sure you're ringing up the correct items. I'm a kind person so I ended up being okay with paying for a random six pack you charged me for that was someone else's. I just told the lady to pay it forward instead of sitting there and letting you make me feel guilty for your negligence.

I'm a huge beer geek from Monroe, I use to come to this liquor store and be very disappointed with the beer selection. Ever since Anthony took over, not only does the place look a lot better but the selection is sooooo much better. He always has the newest can releases from exclusive breweries. On top of that he his very knowledgeable about whiskey and wine.
