Best local shop I have been to in a long time. They are kind, honest and friendly. I live down the road from the shop and the owner has offered to bring me home when they work on my car. I was quoted twice the amount for a battery at the dealership than what they quoted . I hadn’t been in the shop for a couple years but when I gave them my name and phone number they remembered my previous car they had worked on. If you need work done on your vehicle don’t hesitate, stop at Guy’s in West Suffield.

Needed help with getting my lug nuts loose so I could change my brakes. I rolled in and asked if they could get them loose and they had them loose in 5 minutes and no charge. Customer service like that is hard to find these days

Ken was most hospitable and genuinely was present during our whole experience. We purchased a used Jeep that was being stored at his garage for a friend.
