We have been trying since January 7, when we faxed the first prescription to them for a foot brace, to get the brace for my husband. We had to fax it again in February and wait till March for an appointment. When I took him for the appointment ( he is wheelchair bound) they said they had no record of the appointment. I struggled to get him into the store because the end of the ramp is crumbled and it's very steep. I demanded to talk to the supervisor by phone at the Stratford store, she instructed the employee to see him and make the mold for the foot brace. It's not like they were busy, the waiting room was empty. He wanted to be fitted for shoes but there were none to try on. They ordered them and when they arrived they didn't fit. We have been calling for months, they never call back, the calls go to voicemail. I finally called the supervisor, brace is backlogged, since March. I don't recommend them, they are low energy and disinterested in helping people, I'm told the orthopedic doctors group not to send patients to them anymore. Six months for a foot brace, ridiculous.

This place is a disaster. When you need preauthorization they don't tell you what information is needed. They lose faxed copies multiple times and don't follow thru on any paperwork. When they give you a time frame for arrival of equipment, they don't let you know when it is delayed. Office staff is rude. Basically go elsewhere, it can't be as bad as this place

This place is a disaster no one there cares can't get a straight answer everytime you speak to someone there that's when they feel like answering the phone they are clueless I would not recommend this place to anyone

If zero stars was an option I would gladly nominate them for that. There is no accountability or best practices at this supply company. They leave much to be desired when it comes to satisfaction and communication. I have yet to receive my product meanwhile I have already paid the inflated invoice. Stay away.

I have been trying to get lymphoedema compression garments since 4/16/2020 as of 8/16/2021 & several staff members have come & gone I am just forgotten 16 months later & they let the insurance authorization expire I now have to start the whole prosses over from the beginning I have leg wounds that will not heal because of the lack of compression my leg wounds will just not close up I wait around thinking that they are working on my garments when in reality they have no clue who I am then get aggravated at me when I call & no one has a clue what's going on then I wait weeks to get answers to no avail.

Apparently the place is closed for construction. I only discovered this by walking my post surgical butt into the place after all phone calls were not answered and speaking to the lady in a different office who said they haven't been there in a week. You'd think they'd put something on their voice mail or otherwise let the hospital referring patients there know. Thankfully CVS has the brace I needed but I had to pay out of pocket instead.

Spent 2 hours finding sneakers and measuring. Continuous computer problems. Then when the order came the wrong size was entered in the computer wrong. And then the lift on one of the inserts was not ordered. Too much. Very disappointed. She was very apologetic but I waited over a month as it was. Just not happy

I've been going to Yale surgical in Stratford for many years now. They're very kind helpful and considerate. They don't rush you at all. Each patient is given the same respect and time. When a product is ordered for you it's back to the store for pick-up within a considerable amount of time. I honestly can't say one bad thing about them. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I do want to say thank you to all those that have helped me ... I thank you for everything you have all done for me. Your happy smiling faces from when i walk in the door to your friendly talks weve had while taking care of what needed to be done to your same friendly faces saying ... take care it was nice seeing you we will see you next time as i exit the building. I'm so glad i found Yale surgical and am working together with them. ☺?
