Been going to towne for years. They do amazing work as always. It’s a plus they’re right down the street from me. I worked with Gene and Alyssa and they were both great and even detailed my car after. I never have to worry with towne. It’s always A+ work.

Got a high end dealership experience at Towne Body Shop. Had one person assigned to my case who discussed every detail, promptly dealt with the insurance and contacted me over email or phone with every update.
Work was timely and car was ready a day before their estimated completion date. Dropped off the rental and was on my way.
Not only that the body work was very well done, but also a nice surprise, was detailed and looking like new, inside and out!
I do not see very often such level of professionalism, care, respect. Highly recommended.

Towne Body Shop was recommended by my insurance company as a trusted vendor. It was very clear how they earned that rating.
Their initial estimate was detailed and clear. I was updated regularly on the repair progress. I was given a date to pick up my vehicle, and it was ready early.
After the repairs, the vehicle actually looks better than new. Their communication with me, and with my insurer, was consistently excellent. No surprises; no BS. Without reservation, I can recommend this business!
