The manager or customer service guy with the messy facial hair and 2 dollar suit from the dollar tree and some sneakers from Marshall’s needs to find a new job. Horribly ran place. Made us wait over an hour only to say he can take all the people in front of us due to an “appointment” weird place. Horrible customer service. And that man or should I say little boy needs a new profession. And Someone pleaseeee help this child dress himself in the morning.On another note. The security guard was prob there best worker. Nice guy.

Went in my lunch break to get a new debit card. Quick easy thing turns into a huge fiasco because of my number changing. I wasn’t told it would make it so my debit card wouldn’t come for 7-10 business days until after I changed my number. Tori misinformed me, or neglected the fact that it would make it so I couldn’t get a debit card that day. I have bills to pay it’s the holidays, money is tight and she absolutely pearl harbored me with this. Changing my bank the minute I get out of work. Costed me money and my time because Tori wasn’t trained correctly. Half hour of my time at work, bills unpaid on a Friday so will have late fees. It’s my fault I lost my debit card at and unfortunate time. But it is TD banks fault for having an unqualified person dealing with other peoples money. I should have been told about the the delay because of the number change before I agreed to change it.

Just opened personal and business accounts with this branch. Very nice people but if you want to get them on the phone, it's impossible. They do not answer and I've tried several times to call over a period of a couple of weeks with simple questions about my account

I live a few hundred feet away- I hate the place but other banks and ATMs are very far away compared. There is almost always a wait when going inside the bank. Clearly not enough tellers. The drive-up ATM is down way too often, more than any other ATM I know of. Finally, this branch gets robbed very often- I've read in the CT Post about 4 times it's been robbed in the short time I've lived nearby. Several times it was robbed and not reported in the paper, but I know about it because I saw Stratford Police racing all around in cars and on foot, guns drawn, looking for the perp. The suspects usually run towards the Shakespeare Theater Park, or Academy Hill Park, when fleeing, when I can see. With the place getting robbed repeatedly and TD Bank not making changes to stop it, that means they are actually enabling it, which means customers, workers and neighbors are all being put at risk!

Was told I couldn’t get change because of a “coin shortage” although it clearly had more to do with me not belonging to their bank. The woman before me left with a BAG full of change including the quarters they said they were out of when I asked ??

Tellers did not want to issue me a cashier check due to discrimination.They wrote notes about me behind my slip, which they later gave to me and I was able to read all that they were saying about me. In the end, they made the excuse that their “printers were not working” but I felt that they didn’t want to issue the check because I looked young and I was withdrawing a large amount of money from MY savings account. For a better experience I would say go Bridgeport.
