Amazing customer service and they know what they’re doing! They have a great waiting area as well with a very clean bathroom. They were lifesavers on a Sunday afternoon when we had tire issues.

Stopped by this new / upgraded shop and had a fantastic experience. They did a quick repair / fixed the leak on my Yukon and was back on the road in no time. Plus, the service was free - which is just a very nice thing to do. Will definitely return to this store when it's time to put on some new treads. Welcome to the neighborhood!

Went to get my 20" tires balanced and gentleman (sorry, didn't get his name) was extremely hospitable. I was very satisfied also with the job done on my truck.

Stopped in shortly after opening to have a tire fixed ( slow leak) . Took my car right away, patched and topped off all the tires…no charge , in and out quickly. Nice clean shop , I’ll be back when I need tires for sure !

Went in on a Sunday morning with a slow leaking tire. Technician took the car right in, plugged it, and sent me on my way in no time at no cost to me. I will be back when it’s time to replace all my tires.

I brought one of my tires in that had a screw in it hoping it could be plugged. The owner came out right away to plug it himself and had me back on the road in about two minutes. He was very friendly and went above and beyond to take care of me; I will be recommending Stratford tire from now on.

My girlfriend and I were headed up the coast on a Sunday. We noticed there was a nail in the tire basically as we were leaving our house. Called town fair, fetzer and a couple other places. Not OPEN! Firestone said sure drive right over...and wait for 3 hours. Then like the tire gods blessed us and sent us to see YL @ Stratford Tire Center and he is the BEST!! He had js in, out and had an amazing attitude. Phenomenal customer service. I would recommend anyone to him and will be getting any tires and or tire work there!!

Nice honest guys! I brought my car in because my tire pressure sensors were misaligned- they were very helpful and checked tire pressure at no charge - it was refreshing to go to a repair shop and not be pushed into unnecessary services- this is my new spot!

I had a slow leak in my tire. Went to two gas stations to fill up air both were out of service. while driving came across this place and A1 service from start to finish! I was out of there in 10min YL was the one who helped me great customer service! I’m new to the area this will def be my go to tire place! Star ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
