I own a business and I use this Landry 3 times a week my spend here is around $600/700 a week
I been using it for long time always avoiding get in contact with one of the persons at the front desk (red hair) she is been always mean and sarcastic.
We always go the days that she is not there …
Unfortunately this past friday she was there and was really uncomfortable because she was mean and treat me really bad when I was just picking laundry and if was not enough she was talking to other clients about me and pointing me.
That me me fell totally atack. (I stoped her )
I know allot of people that used to go there and for this person stop doing it…
If you are the owner you should solve the problem of actitud that you have there.

They lose their clothes!!! There are people who do not have time to wash them on their own and we leave them in the hands of the laundry staff but they have asked me for my clothes lately and this irregularity makes me very angry.

I haven't been here in years. The main change is the "Laundry Card". (That's new to me) Its used to operate the machines instead of change. There's a two dollar surcharge, which isn't bad at all. Thirty-five cents for 8 minutes is good. To dry my load ...24 minutes. That was really good. The worker was nice. The atmosphere is clean and comfortable. I'd definitely go back if I ever needed to.

My first and last time coming here...The washing attendants are rude and not customer specific. They brush every issue off and I was told its my choice to use a machine like as if my concerns didn't matter. A conversation with the owner is next. He/she will lose business like this ...

Unprofessional and inattentive to cleaning needs, even if longtime clients. Taking my business elsewhere after several rounds of damaged clothes due to lack of attention on care. I am patient, but third time is a charm. Owner could care less.

The machines lie about how much time is left. 20 minutes was really 35 minutes. The workers are cool but you better have something to do while your clothes are in the process

my first time here the owner was very sweet and helped me learn how to work the machines, put money on the laundry card, and how to put soap in the washers. very nice place, clean, has tables and seating. masks required.

I've been coming here for a while. I arrived today at 7:50 and the worker straight up locked the door after I unloaded my laundry from the car. I approached the door and she lied and said they were closed. Even though the door clearly states last wash is at 8:45 and this Google page says they close at 9pm. Bad business.
