Give zero stars if allowed. I was out of town used my debit card to pay for lunch. Got declined,check my app just got paid over 4k sitting in checking plus more in saving. So I ask to have them run the card again. Still no luck. I don't have any other cards with me. Cc was back at hotel. Long story short cops called thought I was trying to skip on bill. Had to have wife send me money cop followed me to check cashing place. After that's done I call my bank they said it's not active bc a new card had been issued. I never ordered one and mine don't expire till April 2024. I asked when did the card get mailed. They had no file on record of one being issued. They said they can mail me a new one I said no I'm back Friday night to town ill go Saturday to get a new one. Now this is the part that got me mad. I go into branch in stratford waiting on line 3 poeple ahead on line 1 was finishing his transaction the other teller and custermer were talking and nothing about banking she got her money just stayed and was chatting. After 6 mins I went and sat in front of the office window. Figured why am I online they don't issue card at the teller anyway. 5 mins more go by the lady comes out of office ask if she can help. I said I need a new bank card. She said ok we can help with that you need to get online and wait. I said why? She got puffy and said well what if others are waiting to see me. I said we'll they can come sit over here with me then. I asked the other custermer now 7 poeple on line are they waiting to get help here the bank lady steps in front of my view to custermers and said you need to wait on line. Frustrated at this point I said I'm going to close my account now. She said good smiled and rolled her eyes and said you can do that after you wait on line. Not sure what perk I was getting being a member at this point. Hope the rest of the members here don't get treated like this I'll be reaching out to corporate this week to speak with them about the handling of this matter.

Always welcoming \\u0026 Happy! Always clean and I really like the expansion. The service is always great and they work with you to try to build yourself up. The only thing I would say needs working on is trying to get through on the phone.

Worst than the DMV. Grab a coffee cancel your plans. Bring iPad with movies on it and maybe a beach chair. The line goes out the door, but they are expanding to fit us all in. Always two managers and two tellers. Only 1 of the 4 is working to shorten the customer line.

Horrible experience at this branch. I was scheduled an appointment for 9:30am by phone. When I got to this branch I was told by Mike that even though they scheduled me for an appointment on the phone I have to wait in line with the walk-ins to be seen witch took 1hour 30mins. There was no point of me being told that I have an appointment to drive all the way from Stamford CT to sit an hour and a half waiting.

Overdraft fees are ridiculous and timing of withdrawal ls are questionable. One would think they time it for the most inconvenient points then hit you with multiple 33 dollar fees. On occasion i am pushing it with my checking balance in those unfortunate instances i lose 200-250 dollars in fees just seems ridiculous when other financial institutions care more about their customers limiting fees and some just don’t change any. I also bank with Capital one they care I’m probably going to go there all out. Id avoid Sikorsky Credit Union!

Good works deserves good recommendation, I appreciate the effort of Mrs Caroline Jones for helping me work from home despite being quarantined. I've been a member of this credit union since high school, so almost 20 years. I dealt with some of the inconveniences that come with choosing a credit union over a bank because I prefer a credit union, but the latest is too much. In one weekend, they needlessly transferred money from my savings to checking 3 times, labeled as "uncollected protection w/d." Each time, they charged a $5 fee. They reversed one. When I tried calling, I sat on hold for a half hour before giving up. Time is money, and frankly not wasting any more time and money here. I opened up an account at a bank and I'll be transferring out.

I've been trying to get help from the fraud department ..my account was breeched in some way sms messages.. double texts ?? dishonest 32 complaints sms texts in middle of night someone set up ebill 200 dollars it then dropped off my screen

Absolutly piss poor service. I had mailed in a form (as instructed to do- removing a joint owner from my account), provided the tracking number and called to confirm it's receipt. Customer service CONFIRMED it was received and to come down and sign a signature card. When I got there, the form could not be found. Inexperienced banking lady called and messaged a few people. Then non chalantly and rather callously told me I could close the account and open a new one. but, that I would be then considered a NEW MEMBER. After 10 years at Sikorsky I would hardly expect this treatment. I closed the accounts, walked out with my cash and will NEVER return.

Worst bank of the planet is Sikorsky Crooked Union. I don’t get statements and complained to the bank for over a year. No statements still. Charged late fees for a payment missed in January 2019 but wasn’t contacted about it until March 2020. And no I didn’t mess up the dates. Over a year to be told. Unreal. Don’t go here.
