I’ve been shopping there for years.
The absolute worst store , ever time I go the stock for many things are empty. Lots of people always standing around not doing their job.
Especially when you go to check out, there’s always five managers standing around and two registers open absolutely ridiculous. Whoever is in charge of the store needs to stop being afraid to tell people to do their job !! The store was never like this. I don’t know what happened.

I'm going to find another place to purchase fish lately the fish has been questionable last time I was going to return it when I got home I ended up tossing it out it smelled funky and the fish department smells disgusting I wonder if the health department knows about this

A big shoutout to the Stratford ShopRite! We have been shopping at this place for years but this time I lost my phone!!! The customer care service was awesome, the lady there listened to me patiently and took my information.This morning, I got a call that someone turned in my phone at the customer service.

the parking lot is a chore to get in, the wifi doesnt work half the time, and Ive been waiting 25 minutes at the deli counter for my meats.
Just go across the street to the much better stop and shop

I have always come here to shop, I had never had any problems, until today, I have come consecutively looking for big bottles of water or water canister, but I never find them available, and today I decided to stop by to see if I could find one, and luckily it was. In self-chekout they told us that we needed to buy a ticket in Customer Service and then we could take the bottle, and we approached to greet the lady who was behind the window and ask her about the prices of the water bottles, but she was reviewing a magazine and when we spoke to her she did not turn to see us, until we asked her the question and she answered us without looking at us, “A MOMENT PLEASE”, I understand that they may be busy but it’s rude to behave that way with someone who wants to know the price of YOUR products!
Until that moment I could understand that maybe she was busy, but then with THE WORST ATTITUDE she attended us. And not knowing the prices, we were ready to pay with the autopay, our card paid for what she put on the screen, but apparently she did not know which bottle charged us and canceled the transaction, saying: YOU HAVE TO WAIT WHEN I TELL YOU TO PAY, YOU HAVE TO WAIT!
Suddenly, she went to see the water bottles to find out what price they had, and came back to ask us which of the two brands we wanted without telling us the price, again! So we simply told her that the cheapest one; we paid and then she only yelled at us the name of the brand before we left: NESTLÉ!
It’s horrible to see how people can treat a customer in this way, I would never want to come back again and receive that treatment! I was just trying to buy in my trusted store and now buying a bottle of water became one of the worst experiences I’ve had at ShopRite, people’s attitude is horrible and I don’t recommend going to this store

They're pretty strict about their savings card policy. If you don't have one they won't just put theirs in for you like Stop & Shop does. I had to get out of line and sign up for one at the CS desk. And then they charged me 25 cents for each plastic bag. Also, when I got home and looked at the receipt, I noticed that I didn't get some of the savings that were advertised in front of some of the products I purchased.
