It features a good selection of beers and spiked seltzer drinks, along with exclusive brands like Bowl & Basket and Paperbird. Staff are friendly and ready to assist, with employees in areas like produce being very helpful. However, there are consistent frustrations with the seafood department. Customers report waiting for a long time with no help, even after paging for assistance, leading to leaving without purchases like fresh salmon. On busy days, lines at the cashiers can be kind of long with no express aisle open for a few items. Despite this, many customers find it a solid choice and state they will be back, appreciating the overall value and friendly service.
A big shoutout to the Stratford ShopRite! We have been shopping at this place for years but this time I lost my phone!!! The customer care service was awesome, the lady there listened to me patiently and took my information.This morning, I got a call that someone turned in my phone at the customer service.
