One star because the store is/appears to be clean. This is more so for the pharmacy. While no line I stood at the counter as the pharmacist didn't acknowledge me as she's on the computer then gets on the phone for a brief moment, hangs up and still doesn't say a peep to me. Shortly after the tech appears from the rear to assist me. During this she asks for my insurance card and after processing goes to ask if I want to wait for it to be filled which would be two hours. My issue is, the script was sent two days prior and if they needed insurance information a phone call should face been made which has happened in the past. I can see why Rite Aid is slowly going out of business as the customer service isn't as it once been.

I have been calling the pharmacy for over one hour and they disconnect the call before answering every single time. Why can’t they just do their jobs? Or maybe it is not staffed correctly…. Terrible customer service.

The lines at the pharmacy are terrible. Somehow every customer takes forever to check out. Never two cashier's/techs. Feel like they are forcing me to use online delivery.

The staff here are wonderful, but the pharmacy hours are incredibly bad. They don't open until 10am and close at 6pm, which makes it difficult for anyone with a commute to pick up a prescription on a weekday. Then the pharmacy is closed the entire weekend. I like the store but will probably switch to CVS because this just doesn't work for our family..

My family has used this Rite Aid for almost a year and are so disappointed in the service. From the horrible pharmacy tech with the bleach stripe in the front of her hair, to the unacceptable treatment we've received is so unacceptable. I believe this pharmacy should be shut down and the tech fired! I've had days where I cannot get anyone to answer, today even though real time on google says they are less busy they've picked up the second time I called to hang up on me, to then pick up the fourth time and put me on hold for over 15 minutes. We will not be using this pharmacy moving forward and I am making a formal complaint!

Always so nice, pharmacists know your name. Cashier Todd is the best. The reduced pharmacy hours are inconvenient, but that's what the world is today.

Always professional and personable at this Rite Aid. The managers and staff are excellent.

I had a course of antibotic to take. they gave me 2 partial fills because they didn't have it in stock. So on my 3rd trip to fill the same prescription - they wouldn't fill it because it wasn't 'time yet' and they have no evidence that the dr. called it in so NOW I HAVE TO CALL THE DR TO GET A NEW SCRIPT. who has time for this? this is ridiculous. it will be 4 trips to get one prescription. unacceptable.

We switched because the CVS was over run. I guess they ran away from here! Second time using them and the rudest guy ever answered. I didn't get my info out before he said my script was filled somewhere else. I asked where and he didn't know. So, how can you say it was filled somewhere else and not a full month supply. Just one week? A bit too sketchy and full on rude if you question them
