They never answer text or emails and if you call you never get a call back but they are quick to increase your insurance policy asap. I've had to call other locations to get help

Ive been with Rick and his team at State Farm for over 7 years. I always get prompt attention and quick answers any time I call. I like they are local and I have real people I can talk to. They truly go out of their way to treat you as person, not a number. Good job guys!!!

Alexis from State Farm was the absolute best help I have received. This particular office already had 2 strikes from me with 2 other associates there saying they would review my account and never called me back. Alexis saved the day for me but I was going to cancel today if I didn't get the help i needed, thanks again Alexis!!!
