“These workers went out of their way to find a package I left off there earlier in the day searching through the whole pile of packages. I was given the wrong address by the person who the package was going to, and had to change it. They found it for me and allowed me to change the address.”
“Went here today to get a passport. I was there for maybe 30 mins between filling out paperwork & taking my picture. Such a easy process. The two ladies working there were very helpful. They were also friendly & I am very satisfied with today's process. Thank you!”
“Sorry to those who have had a bad experience here, but I just had the most efficient package drop off of my LIFE. First of all, the self service station does actually save time - at the very least it opens up space in the queue for people with more complicated orders to get help from staff. Second, the staff member I worked with (can't quite remember his name, but he was working today at 4) was PHENOMENAL. I have never in my life seen someone process packages so fast - it's like the guy got a degree in it. Overall really enjoyed my experience here, and kudos to that employee I met. I'd happily pay more in taxes to give him a raise. (you don't have to share this opinion though ;) )”

I visit the post Office on Middle Street often and I am a regular customer. I wanted to express my sincere gratitude for the Ladies in the front desk. Excellent customer care service. Their patient and very kind. For those on their morning shift August 1 2024. You know who you are. Thank you. I don't remember your names please forgive me. Moreover, I will never forget what you did for me when I almost pass out from the swelting heat, you ladies quickly brought out a chair and let me rest. Keep up the good work!

Ps: Eventually, they did that day call the EMT. For me and I made it home safely.

“I had a really nice lady who served me today unlike last time with a different lady (02/23/2022) compared to (12/10/2021) and she was able to answer the one question I had, gave me many options and explained everything really well. This post office has its on and off days, but today was lovely”

“This past weekend one of our packages was mistakenly delivered to another address. The package was a dress for my daughter’s homecoming dance. After reaching out and trying to locate the package, the postal office and all their workers truly got together and worked hard on making this right I have a happy 16 year-old at home, all thanks to them not giving up. “What a pleasure it was to deal with this Post Office. I had a problem with a package that was addressed wrong. They found the package and pulled it off the truck before it was returned. they then delivered it to the correct address. Never once did I get a negative vibe or was made to feel I was not important. I whish more people were like these employees that helped me.”
