“I had a problem with my insurance company with filling my prescription. The Pharmacist, Wendy, knew exactly what to do to correct the issue. This was on a Saturday- I assumed I'd need to wait until Monday. Shortly after I arrived bach home, Wendy called to let me know that she had resolved the problem and that my prescription would be ready in half an hour. I was impressed. It's not often these days that problems are resolved so quickly and that communication is so forthcoming. I already liked this particular RiteAid, but this outstanding, professional customer service spoke volumes to me. I will continue to do business with this RiteAid. I might also mention that all the employees at this store are very friendly and accommodating. Well done!!”
