It is very good for vaccination. They let you stay with your pet, not like other vet clinics now with the pandemic. App avalable like 1 month depending of Petco location. Hope I get my cat vaccinated, without him getting sedated. Plus the prices for vaccination are very low ( I did not check the vaccines quality)

I brought my puppy to the Stratford location on Saturday March 14th only to be turned away at 4:45pm. They didn't even tell me to go to Milford the next day. So I went on Sunday to the Milford location. I signed in and was told it was a 2 1/2hr wait. I waited came back a only to be told they texted me and the vet left. I never received a text. Very rude

Hugely disappointed In this Petco location! Went to pick up meal worms for my son's leopard gecko. On the way out we stopped to look at the gecko's in the store. One of the habitat's contained 2 yellow leopard gecko's with feces everywhere and 2 very emaciated gecko's. One was so skinny, it looked dead and the other was so calcium deprived it's limbs looked like Gumby. Meanwhile there were 30 crickets hopping around the cage, but both the gecko's were so sick and so small there is no way either of them could catch or consume one. Get your act together! You shouldn't be allowed to care for or sell animals any longer! DISGUSTING!

What an awful experience with the pet clinic on Saturday April 27. I'm not sure who is at fault, but there was no organization whatsoever! All i know is we were there for over 2 hours for no good reason.

Amazing customer service! The employees there are super knowledgeable and definitely take care of their animals Don and Randy, in the fish department, are always super helpful. The one manager, Amanda, is also amazing! Very smart, very helpful!

Unfortunately I will no longer be bringing my dog here anymore :/ seems to me like they be abusing the dogs when they are getting groom. My dog is one of the sweetest animal in the world & for some reason she hates it when I leave her hair. Plus the last time I brought her here I guess whoever was cutting her hair had cut her too deep that she had marks on her. As well as leaving my dog for like 6 hours one time didn't know what they took so long they probably didn't even feed her because when she got home the first thing she did was run towards her food. You guys lost a customer!
